Noted educationist and social worker Lilabati Hazarika passes away

GUWAHATI: Noted educationist and social worker Lilabati Hazarika passed away at Laluk in Lakhimpur recently. She was 94. Lilabati, the former Head Mistress of Laluk Government Lower Primary School, was associated with various social organizations. She took active part in different social activities. Lilabati left behind four sons, including former Deputy Director of Sports and Youth Welfare Pradip Hazarika, along with a daughter and a host of relatives.
