Noted teacher & social worker Renuprabha Das passes away in Golaghat

GOLAGHAT: Renuprabha Das, a noted teacher and social worker of Rajanakhat region passed away on Saturday after health ailment.

Renuprabha Das was born in Rajanakhat of Golaghat district and started her educational life in Rajanakhat Lower Primary School. Later she joined as an Assistant teacher in the school.

Later she was actively associated with various social, culture and religious organizations. She was an adviser of the Anusuchit Jati Yuba Chatra Parishad, Asom. Her death has been widely mourned by the people of region and all the organizations of which she was a part of. The social service secretary of Anusuchit Jati Yuba Chatra Parishad, Asom Dhruba Jyoti Bharali paid rich tribute to the departed soul at the tribute paying programme held at her residence along with other organizations. Further a procession was taken out to Rajanakhat LP School with her body. She was associated with school during her lifetime and a tribute ceremony was held there.
