NTPC celebrates 48th Raising Day at Salakati in Kokrajhar district

KOKRAJHAR: The NTPC- Bongaigaon situated at Salakati in Kokrajhar district on Monday celebrated the 48th Raising Day of NTPC with zeal and enthusiasm on Monday at its administrative building premises and addressed the assembled employees.
Karunakar Das, CGM, NTPC unfurled the NTPC flag followed by NTPC geet. A cake-cutting ceremony was done and balloons were flown by Karunakar Das in the presence of Umesh Singh, GM (O&M), Sanjay Pande, GM(FGD), Sanjay Kumar Jha, GM (FM), Arunashis Das, GM (Projects), Induri S Reddy, GM (Maintenance), G.M. Thangzom, DC, CISF, Vidya Jha, Vice President, Bardwi Shikla Ladies Club.
Tracing the growth and glorious legacy of NTPC, Das recalled the contributions of the employees. Das appreciated the fact that the NTPC Bongaigaon generated 3145 Mus at 81.65% PLF up to October 22. The station achieved its highest ever monthly generation of 495.3 MU in the month of April 2022. In the area of ash utilization, the station achieved its highest ever daily ash utilization of 2484 MT on 12th September 12 and highest ever monthly ash utilization of 55,814 MT in September.
