Obituary: Anu Hatibaruah

Anu Hatibaruah, a pious lady and a resident of LB road, Sootea breathed her last at her residence due to age-related ailments on Sunday. She was 83.  She was closely associated with many socio-cultural organizations of the greater Sootea area. Anu Hatibaruah was the wife of Kholmukesh Hatibaruah, former principal of Normal School, Sootea. Representatives of various organizations and individuals paid homage to her mortal remains before the last rites. She leaves behind her four sons, daughter in-laws besides other relatives. Her demise cast a pall of gloom in the entire area.
