OBITUARY: Haliram Deka

Retired teacher of Jagi Higher Secondary School and a lawyer, Haliram Deka (85) breathed his last on April 24. Following illness, he was admitted at Jagiroad Civil Hospital but doctors declared him dead. His demise was deeply mourned by many organizations.
