OBITUARY: Mowajjada Rahman

Retired Head of Department, Political Science, Cotton College, Guwahati, Dr. Mowajjada Rahman (71) wife of Late Mokibar Rahman of Lakhtokia, Guwahati died of old age related ailments at her elder daughter's residence in Duliajan on September 15. She leaves behind two daughters and a host of other relatives and well-wishers. Her janaza was performed at Athgaon Kabarsthan, Guwahati on September 16. She was loved and respected by all for her attractive personality and sweet nature. Her demise was widely mourned.
