Obituary: Muktar Hussain

One of the oldest government photographers of Dibrugarh and a social activist of the Tinkunia area, Muktar Hussain passed away at a local nursing home on October 16 after prolong illness. He was 74. Hussain is survived by a son and daughter, besides his wife and other family members. His last rite was performed at Naliapool burial ground amidst presence of a large number of people.
