Obituary: Nibhamani Baruah Saikia

 Nibhamani Baruah Saikia, a resident of Malorgaon, Sootea and an assistant teacher of BIC M.E School, Jamugurihat breathed her last at a private hospital in Guwahati in the wee hours on Saturday while undergoing treatment. She was suffering from Carcinoma for a long time. She was closely associated with many socio-cultural organizations of Sootea and Jamugurihat. She was an active member of Assam agitation. Her untimely demise was widely mourned by the organizations and individuals of the greater Naduar area. She leaves behind her husband and a son along with a host of relatives.
