Obituary: Shankarlal Singh

Shankarlal Singh, Ward Commissioner of Ward No.10, passed away on October 15. He was 59 and is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters.

He was a sincere worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and his demise was mourned by Dulu Arandhara, chairman of Doomdooma Municipal Board.
