One fresh COVID case reported in Hailakandi district in the last 24 hours

HAILAKANDI: Hailakandi reported one fresh COVID-19 case in the last 24 hours, pushing the coronavirus tally in the district to 3,384. The district currently has six active COVID-19 cases while 3,355 patients have recovered from the disease. Two patients each are undergoing treatment at SK Roy Civil Hospital and Silchar Medical College and Hospital and two kept under home isolation. The district has so far tested 1,68,029 samples for COVID-19 including 470 samples in the last 24 hours. The COVID-19 death toll in the district is nine. Meanwhile, 30,862 persons have been vaccinated for COVID-19 that include 25,167 first dose and 5,695 second dose so far in the district.
