One killed, two injured in a road mishap at Jagiroad

JAGIROAD: One person died on the spot and two others sustained severe injury when a truck (AS 21BC 7625) collided head on with a motorcycle (AS09 0714) on Thursday evening at Monoha under Jagiroad PS. The deceased was identified as Surajit Das (35) and the injured persons are Krishna Das and Sukan Das of Simolutol village near here. Jagiroad police, in association with VDP, rushed to the spot, recovered the body and shifted the injured to Jhargaon PHC.
