One more corona positive in Biswanath district

BISWANATH CHARIALI: As many as 25 Institutional Quarantine Centres have got functional in Biswanath district till date. According to information, 1171 numbers of people who had returned from other states were quarantined in the centers and among them 1817 persons have been discharged from the quarantine centers so far. On the other hand, one more person namely Manisha Devi of Chandamari Bangali, Kauripathar, Halem was tested positive in Biswanath district on Friday. With this, the total number of people infected with COVD-19 has gone upto 75.

Meanwhile, the Biswanath district administration declared Chandrabheti village area under Chatiya PS as containment zone today. One Krishna Kotowal residing in the village on 'home-quarantine' detected positive.
