Online programme on organic farming organized in Dhubri

DHUBRI: Dhubri district unit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organized an online programme in collaboration with Dhubri District Agriculture department on organic farming for the farmers in different block on Thursday.

The online programme began with the address by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Organic Farming and other dignitaries from Anand, Gujarat. The online programme was organized in five Agriculture Development blocks - Gauripur, Debitola, Golakganj, Agomani and Rupshi Development Blocks.

More than 200 farmers participated in the programme while Dhubri district BJP president Dr. Debamoy Sanyal, vice-president, Prasanjit Dutta, general secretary, Bhagirath Ojha and Dhubri district unit president of BJP Kishan Morcha, Amit Agarwal Dhubri were present in all the blocks.
