Organisations Protest Against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA)

Dibrugarh: Tai Ahom Yuba Parishad, Asom, in association with All Assam Ahom Sabha and May Nang Rai (All Assam Women Organization) on Sunday observed three-hour long sit-in in front of the main gate of Chowkidinghi Playground demanding abrogation of CAA.

Later, they submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister through the Deputy Commissioner. The Circle Officer of East Revenue Circle, Popy Phukan on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner of Dibrugarh, received the memorandum.
