Padayatra flagged off from Church Field in Sonitpur

TEZPUR: As part of the year-long celebration of the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, a padayatra jointly organized by Sonitpur district administration and the office of the District Sports Officer, was flagged off from Church Field on Tuesday morning.

District Development Commissioner Farouk Alam flagged off the padayatra in the presence of senior district administration officials and heads of various government departments, students and others.
