Parimal Suklabaidya unveiled Statue of founder headmaster of Nimaichandpur HS School

Hailakandi: Minister for Environment and Forest Parimal Suklabaidya unveiled the statue of founder headmaster of Nimaichandpur Higher Secondary School K Kulachandra Singha in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Keerthi Jalli, Inspector of Schools Rajiv Kumar Jha and a large number of people of the area here on Friday, stated a press release.

Coinciding with the 86th birth anniversary of the founder headmaster, the school management and development committee (SMDC) choose to express their long-awaited gratitude towards him by erecting a statue in the school premises.

Addressing the gathering as chief guest, Suklabaidya expressed his profound happiness for being invited to such a noble function and spelled out the initiatives of the present State Government in creating a congenial academic atmosphere and bringing transparency in recruitment of teachers.

Deputy Commissioner Jalli in her address, exhorted the people to tread on the path shown by Singha.

Inspector of Schools, Jha praised the principal and teachers of the school for achieving 79 per cent pass percentage in HSLC exams and 67 per cent in AHSEC exams this year. Jha urged the teachers, SMDC members and students to dedicate themselves fully to attain cent per cent success in HSLC and HS exams, which would be a fitting tribute to the noted educationist

District BJP president, Subrata Nath expressed his readiness to extend all his support for the infrastructural development of the school.
