Passing-out parade of constables of UP Police

Dibrugarh: A total of 621 constables of UP Police (Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC), who passed out from the Additional Training Centre (ATC), Khatkhati in Assam, participated in the passing out parade on Thursday. IGP NES, CRPF, Shillong, Prakash D, while attending the passing out parade of recruit trainees as chief guest, took salute and reviewed the parade. The trainees who had undergone 24 weeks of rigorous training took pledge to serve the State as well as the nation.

These newly-passed out constables of UP Police (PAC) who started their training on July 30, 2018 were put to rigorous training in various disciplines under the guidance and supervision of ATC principal Shahnawaz Khan, DIGP, and Vice-Principal/Commandant ATC, CRPF, Khatkhati, Sanjay Kumar.

Second in command of the unit, Md. Yasser Abbasi administered the oath to all the passed out constables. Deputy Commander, CRPF, Subodh Kumar led the march-past organized on the occasion. All total eight constables – RT Yash Chowdhury, Asuddin Khan, Vishal Dhiman, Akshay Kumar Pandey, Yash Chowdhury, Mandip, Rajnish Kumar, Happy Singh and Yash Chowdhury - were awarded with the best trainee’s trophy in various disciplines by the chief guest.
