Pharmacies & groceries come up with creative idea In Golaghat

SARUPATHAR: The proprietor and staff of Chowdhury Medical Pharmacy of Sarupathar in Golaghat district have introduced the popular children’s game ‘Bounding Circle’ to help people maintain a safe distance from each other as preventive measure against the pandemic COVID-19. The proprietor of the pharmacy said, “With the COVID-19 continuing to spread and no vaccine or specific treatment available yet, social distancing is the key to slow the pandemic.” The administration of Dhansiri subdivision has urged people to maintain at least one metre (3 feet) distance between them. Anyone who is coughing or sneezing should cover their mouth and nose by using a mask and if anyone is suffering from cold or fever then he or she should immediately go to the doctor or hospital. The administration has also urged people to stay updated about the latest information on the COVID-19 outbreak available on the WHO website and through national and local public health authorities.
