Poor meritorious student Manakh Jyoti Chutia of Pathalibam Adarsha Jatiya School near Demow faces financial constraints

DEMOW: Manakh Jyoti Chutia, a student of Pathalibam Adarsha Jatiya School near Demow under Sepon mouza, secured 516 marks and 86 per cent with distinction marks in the HSLC exam 2019. Manakh Jyoti Chutia is the son of Juga Chutia and Anjali Chutia, residents of Pathalibam Dehingia Gaon. He belongs to a very poor family and his parents earn their livelihood as daily wage earners. Manakh wants to take up Science and become a doctor in future. However, he is facing financial constraints in pursuing higher education. Konsang Chetia, a student of Kalalur Koch Sankardev Sishu Bidya Niketan near Demow, secured 520 and 86 per cent in the HSLC exam. Kongsang is the son of Shiba Chetia and Aparajita Chetia, residents of Bezapathar. He too comes from a poor family. Both students have sought financial assistance so that they can continue their studies and fulfil their dreams.
