'Poor' state of affairs in Jagiroad post office

JAGIROAD: The poor service of Jagiroad post office has caused resentment among the customers. It is alleged that the passbook printing machine has not been working for the last couple of months. The customers coming from far-flung areas have to wait for hours together to sort out the issues related to their post office accounts and other such matters. People have urged upon the authority concerned to upgrade the passbook printing machine so that customers do not have to face any inconvenience.
