Post Graduate classes start at Doomdooma College

DOOMDOOMA: The Post Graduate (PG) classes in Education under Dibrugarh University (DU) started from Tuesday at Doomdooma College. In a solemn inaugural meeting to mark the occasion that was held in its auditorium 'Kallol', the head of the education department, DU, Dr Krishna Prasad Gogoi, while offering his best wishes expressed the hope that from now onwards it would break new ground and would be helpful in translating the new education policy into reality.

Dr Azibur Rahman, head education department, presided over the meeting where Dr Anjan Saikia explained the objectives of the meeting. He thankfully acknowledged the contributions of the former teachers of the department and former Principals of the college for whom the department was able to attain its present status.
