Dibrugarh: As a part of the ongoing CSR Project under Oil India Rural provided with post-training assistance at a ceremonious event held at Duliajan Club recently. Post-training assistance like sewing machine, fly shuttle handloom sets and weaving & embroidery accessories along with certificate were distributed to 31 successfully passed out trainees for the year 2018-19 to encourage them for self-employment. Out of 31 trainees, 12 underwent training in weaving and 19 in embroidery, cutting and knitting.
Resident Chief Executive, OIL & Advisor (OIRDS) Pranjit Deka graced the function as chief guest along with ED (R&D) & President OIRDS M.C.Nihalani, GM (PA) & Vice President (OIRDS) D.K. Bhuyan, DGM (FE) & Secretary (OIRDS) Nripen Kumar Sarma, Manager (CSR) & Joint Secretary (HTPC) N.M.Dutta and other senior officials of OIL were present on the occasion. The dignitaries also unveiled the new logo of OIRDS.
