Power theft causes concern in Jagiroad

JAGIROAD: Rampant power theft in Jagiroad has caused concern among the registered power consumers here. Sources said that some local entrepreneurs have been illegally consuming power for their firms by installing hooks on the main power line. It is alleged these things are happening under the nose of the APDCL but no action has been taken as yet. The conscious citizens have urged the authority concerned to look into the matter.
