Pranab Mukherjee's demise condoled by Congress (I) party leaders

DHEKIAJULI: The demise of former President of India, Pranab Mukherjee, was mourned by Congress (I) party leaders of Dhekiajulli town.

Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) general secretary Apurba Kumar Bhattacharjee said that Pranab Mukherjee's death was a great loss to the nation. "We the Congress family lost one of our visionary leaders whose initiatives strengthened the Congress party in critical times. Pranab Mukherjee served the country very impartially when he was in the highest post," he said. Former Deputy Speaker of the Assam Legislative Assembly, Bhima Nanda Tanti also expressed deep condolences at the demise of Pranab Mukherjee.
