Preity Zinta Visits Kamakhya Temple In Guwahati

She sported a face mask as well. The video footage also included glimpses of a pond, local shops, and a temple. The video montage also showed Preity accepting a gift from a saint that was a tiny version of the Kamakhya temple.

Also, the actor took a number of selfies within the temple complex. She also included Vangelis' "Chariots of Fire" as the background music. 

Sharing the video, Preity captioned the post, "One of my reasons to go to Guwahati was to visit the famous Kamakhya Devi temple. Even though our flight was delayed for several hours & I was up all night, it all seemed worth it once I entered the temple. I felt such powerful vibrations when I went there & a sense of peace n calm (folded hands emoji)."

Preity recently cheered during the IPL match between the Punjab Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders. 

"Nothing like coming home. Thank you to all the Punjabi's in the house for such a warm welcome. We waited 4 years to come back to Mohali. I'm so happy we started this IPl season with a win," she wrote. 

Preity further shared a photo with the audience. She smiled briefly in the picture. Preity stays in the US with her spouse, Gene Goodenough. On February 29, 2016, they exchanged vows in Los Angeles. In 2021, the couple gave birth to twins, Jai and Gia. Preity published a message on Instagram announcing the birth of her children through surrogacy.
