 President India Ram Nath Kovind Confers Award To teacher Remya Parameswar Iyer

MANGALDAI: President of India Ram Nath Kovind, on the auspicious celebration of Teachers’ Day, awarded the prestigious National Award to Teachers to Remya Parameswar Iyer, a dedicated and committed teacher with highest degree of integrity towards her service, along with 46 selected teachers of the country.

 In the ceremonial function organized in New Delhi by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Union Minister for HRD Ramesh Pokhriyal and Minister of State for HRD Sanjay Dhotre also took part. National Award recipient teacher Remya Parameswar Iyer at present is serving as a teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Khanapara in Guwahati. She is a Fulbright Distinguished Academic Teaching fellow and was also conferred Sir CV Raman Science Teacher Award earlier.
