BISWANATH CHARIALI: The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the Assam Legislative Assembly chaired by Nurul Huda, MLA, Rupohihat LAC, recently visited the PM Shri Borgang High School in Biswanath district. The PAC team included MLAs Ramendra Narayan Kalita, Bhabendra Nath Bharali, Karim Uddin Barbhuiya, Hafiz Bashir Ahmed, Abdur Rashid Mandal, and others. The PAC delegation thoroughly inspected the newly-constructed additional classrooms, major repair works, and under-construction science laboratory. The team also assessed various initiatives contributing to the school’s all-round development.
Biswanath and Gohpur MLAs Pramod Borthakur and Utpal Borah, Additional District Commissioner Rakesh Deka, Inspector of Schools Prabhat Das, and others were present on the occasion. The School Managing and Development Committee (SMDC), led by President Narayana Dihingia along with the teachers and staff, extended warm hospitality and cooperative support in felicitating the visiting team.
