Rapid Action Team formed against Coronavirus at Morigaon

MORIGAON: The State government, in collaboration with the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA), has been taking preventive measures to combat the spread of novel coronavirus. Deputy Commissioner Rituraj Bora under the SDMA Act, 2005/34 has promulgated an order with immediate effect to close down the weekly markets in the district in order to avoid public gathering.

He also urged the vendors to obey the orders. Total five rapid action teams have been constituted for fighting against the novel coronavirus.
