Retired teacher Suhash Dey passes away due to COVID-19 in AMCH

DEMOW: Suhash Dey (75), son of Jitendra Chandra Dey and Sushma Dey, and a resident of Demow Dehajan, passed away in Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) on Wednesday night due to COVID-19. Dey was a Hindi subject teacher and worked in Lakhimpur district. He retired from there. According to sources, Suhash Dey tested positive few days ago and was undergoing treatment in Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) in Dibrugarh and on Wednesday night, he succumbed to the virus. He leaves behind his wife, a son, three daughters and a host of relatives.
