Rhino horn trader held at Biswanath Wildlife Division

BISWANATH CHARIALI: One of the most wanted rhino horn traders has been nabbed by Biswanath Wildlife Division of the Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve with the help of Arunachal Pradesh Police Department.

He has been identified as Jobi Gadi alias Autho Gadi (40) of Gadimachi village under Yomcha police station in West Siyang district of Arunachal Pradesh. He was allegedly involved in rhino horn trade in Lokhora chapori ( ER/01 of 2019-20) of the sixth addition of the KNP and TR. Earlier, non-bailable warrant was issued by the SDJM court, Gohpur in this respect. The department got five days remand for interrogation.
