Rural Journalism Rama Kanta Dutta award for Sadiya scribe

TINSUKIA: Rama Kanta Dutta Memorial Rural Journalism Award instituted by Tinsukia District Journalists Association from this current year will be conferred to Sadiya-based journalist Binoy Bhusan Sensewa during 45th mid-term biennial session to be held at Doomdooma on March 15. The award, donated by senior journalist Ranjit Dutta in memory of his father who was a renowned teacher of Physics in Tinsukia College, will carry a citation, plaque and a cash reward of Rs 5000, stated a press release issued by Rana Jyoti Neog, secretary of TDJA.
