Samannai Naat Utsav to be held at Nalbari Natyamandir

NALBARI: Samannai Naat Utsav is going to be held on November 7 at Nalbari Natyamandir. After a long halt due to COVID- 19, Samannai Khetra, Panigaon, Nalbari has organised this child drama festival at Nalbari.

Satadal Baishya, the secretary of Samannai Khetra, Panigaon, Nalbari has informed that four plays will be staged in this festival. Pabitra Rajkhowa' s Marafat Bakultal, Satadal Baishya's Nimakhar Xoman Bor Nai, Krishna Bhuyan's Dhet Ki Je Hobo and Pranita Baishya's Ki Naam Di Matim will be staged by child actors. According to the organizers, the prizes of the recently held monodrama competition Mone Prane Obhinoi will also be distributed in the festival.

Nrityanjali Cultural Centre will perform a dance programme in this festival. People are quite enthusiastic regarding this festival after a long time at Nalbari.
