Sandiksha Wives Welfare Association celebrates Raising Day of 24th Bn SSB Rangia

RANGIA: "Guardians must let the inborn talents of their children flourish," said Meha Jha, president of Sandiksha Wives Welfare Association (SWWA) of SSB 24 Bn Rangia at a function held at the conference hall SSB 24 Bn at Hahara Rangia in connection with the Raising Day celebration of 24th Bn SSB Rangia recently.

In the function, Tanuj Samaddar, son of Tapas Samaddar and Sharbari Samaddar of Rangia, the only awardee of the Pradhan Mantri Bal Puraskar- 2021 from Assam in the Art and Culture category, was felicitated by the president of SWWA of 24 Bn SSB Rangia for his praiseworthy work. Tanuj Samaddar, a student of Class X, won the gold medal in the 'Draw me peace' international art competition in France and clinched a silver medal in the world competition for children's drawing in Bulgaria. He has won 20 international and more than 50 national awards in painting and quizzing.
