School Teacher Dies of Japanese Encephalitis (JE) At Bokoliaghat

Hojai: Japanese Encephalitis (JE) claimed one Abhisekh Tiwari, a resident of Halodhiati, under Bokolia Police Station of Karbi Anglong district on Sunday. Tiwari was a school teacher of Dulu Pathar LP School in Hojai district; he was 35 .He had been undergoing treatment in Gauhati Medical College & Hospital for last 45 days after he was detected with Japanese Encephalitis. He leaves behind his wife, a two month old baby, father, mother a and younger sister. He was the only bread earner of his family.

As Tiwari was active with various social organizations, many social organizations of Karbi Anglong, All Assam Bhojpuri Parishad, district unit Hindibhasi Sanstha, Hindi Bhashi Chatra Sanstha and former member of Autonomous Council (MAC) Mahes Chauhan respectively offered their condolences at the demise of Tiwari.
