Scores of people from tea community join BJP ahead of Assam Assembly Election

DEMOW: With the Assembly Election round the corner, the joining in the political parties by the people has started in the State. On Sunday in 107 No Thowra Constituency near Demow in Rajmai scores of people from the tea community joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in presence of Kushal Dowari, MLA of Thowra Constituency, Shiva Prasad Bhadra, senior BJP leader, Surabhi Rajkumari, president of BJP Sivasagar District along with other leaders of the party. The newly joining members were welcomed with a cap of the BJP and a gamosa of the party.
