'Seize weapons of BTAD Army and arrest Naba Kumar Sarania'

KOKRAJHAR: In a fresh revelation, former commander of BTAD Army, Dhananjay Sarania has urged the Government of Assam to seize all illegal arms available with the army wing formed by MP Naba Kr. Sarania and to arrest him. In a press meet held at Kokrajhar Press Club, former commander of the BTAD Army, Dhananjay Sarania said that he took the responsibility of the army wing in four constituencies of BTC since its formation. He said that he came out of the outfit after knowing the internal aims and objectives of the wing. He alleged that MP Sarania used him and his men as tools just for his personnel interest and hatched conspiracy against the leaders of the Bodoland People's Front (BPF).

Dhananjay Sarania, who is now in BPF, alleged that there were arms and ammunition in the possession of MP Sarania. He urged the Government of Assam to take appropriate measures to seize all illegal arms available with Naba Kr. Sarania and to arrest him. He further asked the remaining members of the BTAD Army to come out of the clutches of Naba Kr. Sarania.
