Self-financed training programme by Krishi Vigyan Kendra completed in Tinsukia

TINSUKIA: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Tinsukia successfully completed the 15-day 'Self-Financed Training Programme for Agricultural Input Dealers of Tinsukia district on Tuesday. The training was aimed at capacity building of input dealers on efficient handling of the agricultural inputs. The Sr. Scientist and Head (i/c) of KVK, Gayatri D Bhuyan while welcoming all the guest and participants for the valedictory session and requested all the participants to kindly adhere to the norms during fertilizer application in the field. The Chief Scientist (i/c) of Citrus Research Station, Tinsukia Dr. Raaj Kumar Kakoti, Tapan Neog, the District Agriculture Officer also addressed the gathering. Priyanka Amonge, Subject Matter Specialist, Agronomy was the Course Director of the programme and Dr. Kripal Borah, Subject Matter Specialist, Soil Science was the Course Coordinator of the training programme.
