Senior Congress worker resigns of Thowra Constituency in Demow

DEMOW: Arun Sarma, senior Congress worker of Thowra Constituency, formally resigned from the Congress on Wednesday.

In a press release issued to the Demow Press Club on Wednesday, Arun Sarma stated that the Primary Congress Committee, Mandal Congress Committee and senior workers of the Congress were not given importance during the selection of candidates for 10 wards.

Arun Sarma, president of Sukanpukhuri Mandal Congress Committee, resigned from his post and also resigned from the post of a worker in the Congress.
