Senior journalist to attend 11th World Hindi Conference

Tezpur: The 11th World Hindi Conference will be held at Mauritius from August 18 to August 20. The conference is being organized by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, with the cooperation of Mauritius government.

The president of Purvotar Hindi Sahitya Academy, vice-president of Sonitpur Journalist Union, Tezpur, and a senior journalist, Dr. Nathmal Tibrewala will participate in this prestigious World Hindi Conference with a delegation of the Minister of External Affairs. The delegation will leave for Mauritius in a special aircraft from New Delhi on August 17. Parveen Kumar Jagganath, Prime Minister of Mauritius, will be present in the inaugural ceremony as chief guest while Governor of West Bengal, Kesharinath Tripathi will preside over the closing ceremony on August 20.
