Senior tea executive’s demise condoled

Biswanath Chariali, June 11: One of the senior tea executives of Mcleod Russel India Limited and the senior manager of Buroi Tea Estate under East Buroi Circle under Gohpur subdivision in the Biswanath district, Dhruva Jyoti Borah passed away on June 8 in a private hospital in Guwahati. He was 52. Borah had been ailing since December last year. He was an amiable person and was very popular among the staff and labourers of the tea estates where he had served during his career. A resident of Bonful Path, Guwahati, Borah leaves behind his wife, two daughters and a host of relatives. A condolence meeting was held at Halem Tea Estate to mourn the departed soul.
