Seven injured in road mishap at Kuligaon Longbi Hanse village

HOWRAGHAT: Seven people were injured when a speeding bus hit a roadside tree at Kuligaon Longbi Hanse village under Dillai Police station on Monday. The incident took place when the Ultra bus (AS 01BC3145) hit the wayside tree. Due to the impact of the crash, the vehicle turned turtle, injuring seven passengers. The bus coming from Hojain was on its way to Dimapur. The injured were immediately taken to medical centres of Sarihajan and Bokajan. The driver who fled after the accident, was arrested at Dillai Gate.
