Shilpi Divas to be observed on Jan 17 at Surujmukhi Rangamancha, Merapani

MERAPANI: The 69th death anniversary of Rupkonwar Jyoti Prasad Agarwala or Shilpi Divas will be observed at the Surujmukhi Rangamancha in Adarsha village of Ghilahhari mouza on January 17, said Tankeswar Chetia, the president of the organizing committee.
