Sibsagar Press Club to organize online painting competition on World Environment Day

SIVASAGAR: In line with World Environment Day on June 5, Sibsagar Press Club will organize an online painting competition on an-all Assam basis. The competition will be held in two categories.
Subject for Class IV to VI (Lower Section) is Dharitri Aamar Ai (Earth is our Mother) and for Class VII to X (Higher Section) is Aamar Babe Ekhonei Prithibi (Only one Earth for us).Three contestants from each section will be awarded with prize money, certificate and books. Last date for submission of painting is June 5. Lower section contestants have to send their paintings at gsspc2022@gmail.com by email and higher section contestants will have to send their pictures at sibsagarpc@gmail.com by e-mail. The results will be published on the Sibsagar Press Club's Facebook Page and newspapers on June 11. The winning contestants will be officially presented the awards at the Professor Sarat Mahanta Memorial Lecture to be held at Madhav Chandra Bezbaruah Auditorium of Sibsagar College on June 18.
