MANGALDAI: In another significant move in the aftermath of the eviction drive at Dhalpur under Sipajhar Revenue Circle in Darrang on September 23 which witnessed a violent situation and killing of two persons in police firing and injury to several police personnel, State government vide a notification issued on Monday has transferred the Officer in Charge of Sipajhar Police Station Inspector Sushil Dutta as the Officer in Charge of Gohpur Police Station in Biswanath district. Inspector Mintu Boro of CID will join as the Officer in Charge of Sipajhar Police Station.
