Skill development holds farewell meet for 1st batch of trainees in Dhekiajuli

Dhekiajuli: Assam Skill Development Mission Training Centre, Sonitpur Dhatri Sewa Samity, Dhekiajuli has completed its first batch of General Duty Assistance Training on Friday. For this purposes, a farewell meet was held at the Sonitpur Dhatri Sewa Samity Campus. The general farewell meeting was chaired by former Deputy Speaker of Assam Legislative Assembly Bhima Nanda Tanti.

Participating at the meet, Bhima Nanda Tanti urged upon the GDA trainees to utilize their earned skill for the development of society. He also said that at this juncture skill training is necessary for each and every unemployed youth as government job is not adequate. Participating as a resource person, a local social worker and Congress APCC member Aniruddhya Tanti said that he is happy to see that the unemployed youths of this locality have completed their GDA training. The editor Pahekia Janamat and the local Pratidin Paper Correspondent Narayan Phayel said that Skill Training on the health sector has great opportunity for employment and he hoped that all the trainees would avail job opportunities in different health sector organizations. Some other dignitaries who attended the session were local IT expert Anupam Sharma, Retired TB department officer Dhekiajuli PHC Nandeswar Sharma among others. All the guests attended the meet and expressed satisfaction over the role of Assam Skill Development Mission in generating employment opportunity by providing skill training in different parts of Assam to the unemployed youths of Assam.
