Social worker Jagdish Prasad Agrawal passes away in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Noted social worker Jagdish Prasad Agrawal passed away at his Chatribari residence in Guwahati on Tuesday. He was 83. He was the principal of Hojai College from 1971 to December 31,1999. He rendered valuable services to many social organizations. He is survived by his wife, two sons, daughters-in-law, two daughters, sons-in-law and eight grandchildren. His cremation took place on Wednesday at Bhoothnath cremation Ground, Guwahati.
