Sonitpur Police Destroy 1,000 Kg Of Cannabis At Tezpur Medical College
Earlier in this month, the police had conducted a search operation at the residence of a person named Mozibur Rahman and recovered 125 suspected sachet of cannabis.
Guwahati: Assam police on Monday destroyed 1,000 Kgs of seized cannabis by burning at the incinerator facility of Tezpur Medical College and Hospital (TMCH).
Reportedly, the cannabis was seized in the last few days.
Earlier, the Sonitpur police made several busts to seize Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS).
Earlier in this month, the police had conducted a search operation at the residence of a person named Mozibur Rahman and recovered 125 suspected sachet of cannabis.
After using the TMCH facility for destroying cannabis, the Sonitpur police have thanked them.
