Sri Sri Gopal aru Jagannath Than Xatra donates to Arogya Nidhi

Tamulpur: In response to the appeal made by the Government of Assam, the Mahaprabhu Sri Sri Gopal aru Jagannath Than Xatra of Kachubari under Tamulpur subdivision in Baksa district came forward and contributed an amount of Rs. 50,000 towards Assam Arogya Nidhi.

On Tuesday morning, an amount of Rs 50, 000 was handed over as contribution to Arpana Sarma, Circle Officer of Tamulpur Revenue Circle in favour of Arogya Nidhi for the fight against coronavirus. Before handing over the amount, Circle Officer Arpan Sarma was felicitated with a gamosa and seleng chador by the managing committee of Sri Sri Gopal aru Jagannath Than Xatra. Appreciating managing committee of the Than Xatra, Arpana Sarma said that this contribution would help the government to accelerate the development work in the health sector of Assam and to fight against COVID-19.
