SST, police seize 42 litres of IMFL in Chirang

KOKRAJHAR: A joint team of SST (Static Surveillance Team) and Assam Police on Friday seized 42 litres of IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) under Chirang election district.

As per report of the SST, the liquor was recovered and seized by them when they intercepted an auto rickshaw going towards Salakati from Basugaon town on the Basugaon- Salakati road. Due to the joint effort of SST, flying squads and police, 41 litres of IMFL and 100 litres of Bhutan-made liquor and IMFL have been seized from various places in district.
