State Bharatiya Janata Party president Ranjit Kumar Das holds video conference with party workers

GUWAHATI: State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Ranjit Kumar Das held a video conference with party MLAs and District presidents to take stock of the situation in various constituencies due to the lockdown.

Das appealed to all the party MLAs to help at least 4,000 needy families who don’t have BPL card, in their respective constituencies. The MLAs stated that they have helped up to 15,000 families in each of their constituencies.

In the session, State BJP general secretary (Org) Khanindra Nath Sarma, BJP NE organisational GS Ajay Jamwal and Party GS MP Dilip Saikia were present among others.
